About The Role 

Reporting to the Group Visual Merchandising Manager you will support with all local and global communications, windows and creative for retail stores across PVH ANZ. You will drive the weekly COMMS and support all functions in driving excellent communication throughout all internal departments and stores.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a 12-month parental leave full-time contract, working from home and in the office weekly. 

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

• Support the creation of guidelines, newsletters and seasonal communications.
• Liaise with internal creative teams to ensure all communications are pulled together collectively for the store teams, ready for the Comms
• Support artwork requirements for bespoke graphics and manufacture on the new graphics system.
• Control the organisation of the shared drive, through photo packs uploading, collating documents, downloading supporting documents and sharing these across the team.
• Assist with store openings and travel where needed to support the wider team when they need support, including new store ordering, planning and prep within budget, tracking sea freight and deliveries to ensure we make store opening deadlines.
• Develop the store VM skills through successful VM training, coaching and team motivation, ensuring that all VM processes and procedures are implemented at all times.
• Consistently support in store operations, support hands on merchandising and standard improvement as measured by store visit checklists.

Ideal Education/Qualifications/Competencies

• Strong experience in Visual Merchandising, Creative, Styling and Communication tools.
• Competent at Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the willingness to learn other useful VM programmes such as Indesign.
• Strong resilience with the ability to respond flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, communicating decisions made by others.
• Thorough planning organisational skills
• Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates discretion when dealing with confidential / brand information.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a great eye for standards, accuracy and consistency.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills. able to interact at all levels
• Hands on and able to handle large volumes of work to multiple tight deadlines.
• Excellent training and team development skills.
• Retail management experience ideal
• Financial, written and verbal literacy to enable great report reading and commercial decision making
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, where needed including evening and weekend work.
• Must have current Australian Driver Licence with own vehicle
