POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Vice President of ERP Platforms plays a pivotal role in running and deploying the multiple SAP environments at PVH. This role will engage with the various stakeholders to drive optimization and continuous improvement in the SAP environment.

The Global Vice President of SAP Platform will oversee the global strategy, implementation, and management of the SAP ecosystem within the organization. This executive will drive innovation, ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead a global team to optimize the SAP landscape. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work across multiple regions and cultures.

This role requires a leader who fosters a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, provide recommendations and drive positive change. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global-scale transformational change, possess deep knowledge of SAP technologies and emerging tech trends, and demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing organizational practices through technology and data. In addition, the VP will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping and supporting strategic, financial, cultural, and organizational priorities and success. The VP reports to the SVP Supply Chain and Corporate Technologies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the global SAP platform strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging SAP technologies and trends that can create a competitive advantage.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with SAP and other technology partners to influence the product roadmap and maximize the value of investments.

  Global SAP Operations:

  • Oversee the global implementation and management of the SAP platform, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions across various regions, ensuring standardization and scalability.
  • Ensure the SAP platform's operational efficiency, reliability, and security by implementing best practices in governance, risk management, and compliance.

  Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage global resources effectively to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions.

  Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the executive sponsor for global SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and maximize the benefits of SAP implementations.
  • Communicate the SAP platform vision, strategy, and value to C-level executives and other key stakeholders.

  Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Manage the global SAP budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with SAP and other technology vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and support.

  Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze SAP performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to optimize the platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP offerings, trends, and best practices, and proactively introduce innovations to the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of IT experience in SAP ERP technologies at large scale in retail, ideally apparel.
  • 10+ years in an IT management role
  • Demonstrated success in developing/managing a global IT environment that services the business and IT needs in multiple countries.
  • Successful design and implementation of apparel-related and retail systems to support global operations with a Minimum of 10-15 years managing IT systems for a global apparel organization.
  • Strong IT background in design, programming and implementation of systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with the business.
  • Experience in a global and highly matrixed environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field required
  • Graduate Degree in Business (MBA) preferred

Skills:

  • Must be a strong leader and have demonstrated skills in human relations dealing with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to implement processes and standards and effectively communicate them across a global technology organization
  • Experience working in a dynamic, multiple-brands environment
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting high-impact, mission-critical projects
