The Team
The Wholesale Operations & Customer Service will receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints covering items or products ordered in the respective area. Proactively maintain an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff, to ensure the greatest client satisfaction and lead the after-sale service to excellence.
The Position
The Customer Service Intern will support wholesale customer service and operational activities for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across the MEA+ region, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
The role focuses on order management, customer support, reporting, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth and timely order-to-delivery process, in line with PVH standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in running/updating (bi)-weekly reports and update customer files.
Support the team in daily activities such as shipment booking follow-ups, alignment with the warehouse (outbound team) etc.
Take care of customer requests such as providing pricing information, product pictures, requested data or schedule information within established guidelines
Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff to any potential delivery problems.
Support the team in Serveing as communication link between customers and commercial/sales staff to assure responsiveness
Assist the team in collecting data and sales sheets for resells
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.
Requirements
Self-controlled with a good communication attitude to communicate effectively
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Positive and professional work attitude
Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Command of Excel (ideal)

• Passport copy of the applicant with a validity of minimum 6 months.
• Visa copy of the applicant with a validity of minimum 6 months.
• Passport copy of the Sponsor (if parental sponsorship).
• Passport size photograph.
• Copy of medical insurance / health card.
• NOC from the sponsor (in Arabic).
