The EMEA Calvin Klein and tommy Hilfiger Visual Merchandising team is responsible for delivering comprehensive visual guidelines, tools, and training to support the brand’s vision across the region. The team ensures brand elevation, consistency, and commercial impact across Full Price stores, Concessions, Outlets, and Wholesale channels, working closely with cross‑functional partners to maintain a cohesive consumer experience.
They translate global creative concepts into regionally relevant executions while safeguarding Calvin Klein’s identity. In addition, they oversee the design and development of regional showrooms, creating immersive environments that showcase the latest collections and provide direction for retail partners.
The Visual Merchandising Intern will support seasonal window and in‑store campaign rollouts for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across MEA+. This role is highly technical and requires strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D design software. The intern will contribute to store presentation, training materials, new store openings, campaign documentation, and VM activation while ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines. The position supports the PVH HQ Dubai team.
• Support window design for the MEA+ market based on global direction, including creation of 2D elevations and basic 3D mock‑ups (Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, V‑Ray).
• Assist with the local production of POS materials by preparing accurate production‑ready files.
• Update and maintain VM databases with strong accuracy and structure.
• Support creation of budgets, order forms, campaign documents, training decks, and yearly strategy files.
• Execute campaign cropping and prepare assets following global layout standards.
• Manage MEA market picture reports for global submission.
• Coordinate seasonal window installation schedules in collaboration with franchise partners, including Africa markets.
• Prepare weekly store‑visit reports with structured observations and photographic documentation.
• Support new store opening processes, including VM rollout preparation.
• Compile required information for Amsterdam headquarters.
• Support showroom setup, in‑store openings, and VM launch activities.
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. Additional tasks may be assigned to meet team or organizational needs.
• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, and V‑Ray (daily tools used in this internship).
• Portfolio submission required (2D layouts, 3D renders, technical drawings, VM concepts).
• Strong communication skills and ability to think with common sense, initiative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and work both independently and under guidance.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, structured, and proactive in planning.
• Strong Excel capability, including formulas and data structuring.
• Affinity with fashion, art, design, or lifestyle branding.
• Good, confident presentation skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; bilingual candidates preferred.
• Available to travel within the UAE.
• Passport copy of the applicant with a validity of minimum 6 months.
• Visa copy of the applicant with a validity of minimum 6 months.
• Passport copy of the Sponsor (if under parental sponsorship).
• Passport‑size photograph.
• Copy of medical insurance / health card.
• NOC from the sponsor (in Arabic).
