The Team

Within the TH Global Strategic HRBP team, our mission is to drive the execution of global people strategies that align with the business priorities. We work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic HR expertise, guiding them through organizational change, talent management, and performance optimization. Our team is integral in shaping a high-performing culture by leveraging data-driven insights and fostering collaborative partnerships across the business.

The Position 

As Director, Strategic HRBP – TH Global, you will play a key role in executing global HR strategies that support senior leaders and drive transformation across the region. You’ll ensure the seamless implementation of global people and organizational strategies, adapting them to meet regional and local needs while maintaining consistency and operational excellence. You will leverage data and HR expertise to inform decision-making, helping business leaders navigate both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational challenges. Additionally, you will drive a refocused partnership with the TH Product Leadership Team, helping to refine the strategic HRBP model and focusing on strategic planning, talent initiatives, and delivering people solutions that support business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Global HR Strategy: Lead the implementation of global people strategies across the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide Strategic Insights: Use data and HR expertise to drive decision-making and inform key business strategies.

  • Drive Transformation: Partner with leadership to deliver organizational change initiatives and drive talent management programs.

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as the link between global HR strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment with key business areas.

  • Lead Workforce Planning: Oversee workforce planning, focusing on talent development, succession, and retention.

  • Enhance Organizational Performance: Guide leadership teams through organizational design and effectiveness initiatives.

  • Support Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering adaptability.

  • Collaborate across the HR function: Work with HR teams to refine processes, policies, and tools to meet business needs.

  • Drive Talent Strategies: Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth across the region.

  • Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching to senior leaders, driving leadership development and team effectiveness.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Increased associate engagement and reduced turnover through tailored retention strategies.

  • Operational Excellence: High levels of operational efficiency across HR processes and initiatives, with ongoing improvement based on feedback and data-driven insights.

The Ideal Candidate

This role requires an experienced, strategic HR professional with a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive global talent and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, an ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, and experience in change management and organizational development.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive the execution of strategic HR initiatives across global teams

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence key business drivers and goals

  • Expertise in change management and organizational development, with a focus on driving efficiency and performance

  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use HR metrics and insights to shape strategy

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Experience leading and coaching senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability

  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus

  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
