About the Role:
The Director of IT Communications is an experienced, strategic and innovative leader with a strong passion for and understanding of technology. This role will lead the development and execution of a consistent and effective communications cadence within PVH’s Global IT organization and partner across the communications team to share news and content to the broader organization about IT’s advancements in technology, new business-driving capabilities, cybersecurity, transformation and more.
Working with the Global Communications team and the IT Senior Leadership Team, the Director will ensure IT communications are connected to the enterprise and our brands, and are executed seamlessly to relevant audiences. Reporting jointly to the VP of Internal Communications and VP, IT Portfolio & Communications Management, the Director will also support communications for the CIO and the IT Senior Leadership Team.
This position is in the New York Metro area.
What You'll Do:
Develop a robust communications strategy with a clear roadmap of consistent, repeatable tactics/programs/channels to support the Global IT function. Play an active role in centralizing and globalizing IT communications, working closely with the regions.
Engage closely with HR and senior IT leaders on leading communications for initiatives that support the Global IT team’s multi-year transformation journey. Establish effective and essential communications plans to drive awareness and understanding of change both within the function and to other relevant partners.
Ensure that key groups within IT and PVH are informed of key initiatives, especially for large transformation efforts; partner closely with brand/region/function communication leads to deliver integrated messages across business units.
Lead storytelling around PVH’s technology and innovation programs and raise visibility around the progress we’re making to build our data and demand-drive operating engine. Develop creative employee-facing campaigns to increase awareness, understanding and engagement of IT tools, processes and training programs.
Work closely with the Cybersecurity team to provide communications counsel and execution support for both proactive cybersecurity efforts (e.g. trainings, tools, campaigns), and reactive communications. Advise key stakeholders on communications strategy and messaging during technology and/or cyber-related events, including drafting materials and supporting response efforts.
Maintain, elevate and advance IT communications channels (townhalls, newsletters, intranet-editorial, emails etc.)
What You'll Bring:
7-10 years of writing, editorial and/or communications experience. Experience in Internal Communications or IT communications is encouraged.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
Extensive experience with content creation in internal communications and organizational change.
Outstanding writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate them into simple, clear, and effective communications. Outstanding verbal and communications and people skills.
Strong functional knowledge of IT including Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Operations, and Enterprise Architecture.
Proven history of producing impactful internal and IT-related communications that translate critical thinking into actionable plans and results.
Strong knowledge of outstanding internal communications practices and proficiency with next generation communications tools.
Display a learning approach, critical thinking skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities; Recognizes the opportunity and possibility in challenges; Enjoys achieving the impossible.
Comfort and confidence working alongside senior executives in fast-paced, high stakes situations; Proven ability to successfully influence, facilitate and partner with leaders in all levels.
Ability to get hands-on and complete tasks; Track record of achieving excellent outcomes.
Hyper attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Successful at building relationships and collaborating across a highly matrixed global environment; Willingness to work across different time zones to ensure strong alignment and seamless execution.
Demonstrates strong business insight (experience in retail, apparel and/or consumer industries a plus) with a proven ability to align business goals and objectives with communications strategies for maximum impact.

Pay Range:$150,000 - $185,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
