About the Role:

As the Director of People for CK Global, this role is pivotal in driving talent management initiatives including transformations, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. You will lead strategic projects, encouraging collaboration to achieve outstanding business results and high employee engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand and align with PVH and CK Global Brand strategies and objectives.

  • Collaborate with the VP, Human Resources, and business leaders to enhance business outcomes.

  • Provide strategic consultations on talent management initiatives.

  • Implement communication projects to increase employee engagement.

  • Develop partnerships with brand leadership for modernized internal communications.

  • Guide associates on performance management and learning & development.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier talent.

  • Ensure effective new associate orientations.

  • Implement training and development agendas.

  • Manage project plans, particularly around reorganizations and communications.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

  • Address complex HR issues with evidence-based decision making.

  • Craft business and people solutions.

  • Support compliance initiatives, diversity programs, and business ethics.

  • Represent HR at Town Hall events and other gatherings.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of HR generalist experience in the retail/apparel industry.

  • Experience in retail/corporate functions: Design, Merchandising, Product, & Sustainability.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Background in communication, engagement, and training initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related major or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Experience in a highly-matrixed company.

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication abilities.

  • Capability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency.

  • Diligent with outstanding analytical skills.

  • Resilient, flexible, and adept in dynamic environments.

  • Strong presentation and mentoring skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of EEO/AA Laws, FMLA regulations, and HRIS systems.

Pay Range:$135,000 - $175,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. We also offer career growth opportunities, empowering our associates to design their future at PVH.

Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
