The Position
The Event Manager is responsible to plan and coordinate the production of consumer-facing and internal events within the framework provided by the Regional Marketing Team/South East Hub Team. The role covers the entire hub perimeter.
The manager ensures the timely, high quality and efficient execution of projects such as, store openings, PA of brand ambassadors, partner events, Market Launch, PVH Talks, Holiday Party etc.
Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager will effectively deliver events and projects that support wholesale and retail needs.
The role includes organizing internal events to elevate associate engagement and external events to enhance brand image, foster consumer loyalty, and create memorable experiences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborating both with brand marketing teams, commercial team as well as HR, reporting to Senior Marketing and Communications Director.
Planing and executing events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives while adhering to the framework provided by the Hub team. Proactively proposing ideas to enhance event success.
Building strong relationships and partnerships with key players such as vendors, production and creative agencies.
Sourceing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, with a strong focus on innovative and competitive solution.
Preparing budgets and ensure adherence.
Hiring and supervising personnel (e.g., DJs, waitstaff) and managing all event staff (e.g., coordinators, caterers).
Ensuring seamless event execution and resolving any issues that may arise.
Coordinating all operational aspects and, when needed, producing events directly without agency support.
Analyzing event success and preparing detailed reports.
The Ideal Candidate
University Degree.
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in planning and executing premium events.
Proficiency in project management and event production.
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability and excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of event processes and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on in working with other employees
Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
In-depth knowledge of the current trends, marketplace and channels.
Flexible approach. Able to react quickly and reprioritize if needed
Fluency in written and spoken English.
