The Team

Within the WHS team, the Field Sales Manager oversee and grow our portfolio of our premium brands in the Turkish market. Working under the guidance of the Sales Manager Turkey, and in collaboration with the Whs team in the South East hub ensures that seasonal targets are met, clients relationships are nurtured, and brand positioning is maintained throughout the network.

The Position

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy in Turkey, managing a portfolio of existing wholesale accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role ensures strong brand presence, drives sell-in performance, and supports long-term growth in the market, in alignment with the regional sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets across all categories

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with existing wholesale accounts.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners aligned with the brand’s positioning.

  • Manage the discussion for seasonal open to buy with the respective partners.

  • Visit clients regularly to monitor sell-through, merchandising, and overall brand representation.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal teams (brand, marketing, planning and customer service teams) to ensure smooth operations and strong brand positioning.

  • Provide regular reporting, including sales analysis, market feedback, and forecasting.

  • Deliver accurate seasonal sales forecasts

Measures of Success

  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meets or exceeds seasonal and annual sell-in across key accounts.

  • Account Growth: Demonstrated year-over-year growth in revenue, volume, and market share within existing accounts.

  • New Business Acquisition: Successful onboarding of new, high-potential retailers aligned with brand positioning and strategic goals.

  • Customer Retention & Satisfaction: High level of client satisfaction reflected in account retention, reorder rates, and positive partner feedback.

  • Forecast Accuracy: Reliable sales forecasting and demand planning accuracy to support the brands teams in the IDP cycles

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective coordination with internal departments (Brand, Customer Service, Planning & Marketing) to execute joint strategies and ensure account success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred

  • 7+ years of sales experience in wholesale or B2B, preferably fashion

  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills

  • Strong commercial mindset and analytical ability

  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems

  • Fluent English and Turkish
