As a Front-End Content Developer, you will support the execution and optimization of digital experiences across enterprise platforms, with a focus on daily website updates and marketing initiatives. You will work within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Business Manager and Page Designer), Optimizely Web Experimentation, and Tealium to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
This role is hands-on, using HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript to implement updates directly within the CMS. You will partner closely with brand, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring campaigns and content updates to life across the site, including homepage, product listing pages, product detail pages, and landing pages.
You will leverage Figma Dev Mode to translate designs into pixel-accurate implementations, support A/B testing through Optimizely, and ensure all work meets accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and front-end best practices. This role operates outside of traditional sprint cycles and focuses on fast-paced, production-level execution.
Key Responsibilities

Optimizely Web Experimentation
•Build, QA, and maintain client-side A/B tests and experience updates within Optimizely Web Experimentation.
•Work with stakeholders to implement test variants for content, layout, messaging, and promotional experiences.
•Support test launches, updates, and troubleshooting in partnership with analytics and optimization teams.
Quality, Standards, and Optimization
•Validate content and code in production to ensure quality, responsiveness, and functional accuracy.
•Apply accessibility and semantic markup best practices across implementations.
•Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reusable patterns, and content execution efficiency.
Preferred Skills

•Experience supporting implementations across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Optimizely, and Tealium.
•Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools such as Jira.
•Experience with version control using Git.
Qualifications
•3 to 5 years of experience in front-end development, digital production, or web content development.
•Experience in a role focused on website content execution rather than feature or application development.
•
Proven ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with daily production responsibilities.
