The Team

We’re the newly formed HR Service Excellence function - a team of five dedicated to making HR work better for people. We combine process expertise with human-centered design (HCD) to create intuitive, efficient experiences that meet real associate needs. By partnering with COEs, HR Delivery, Systems and Analytics teams, we simplify complexity and scale solutions across two of the world’s most iconic brands: Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. At our core, we believe HR should be simple, scalable, and always people-first.

For the first time, all HR functions are uniting as one regional team—an opportunity to streamline how we work, deliver consistent service, and reimagine the employee experience. This is a fast-paced, high-change environment, where we move quickly from idea to execution. That’s why we’re looking for independent, adaptable professionals who bring structure to ambiguity and energy to every challenge. Your Role in This Journey

As our HR Service Excellence & Process Optimization Specialist, you’ll support and lead projects that improve how HR operates and delivers. You'll be hands-on across all HR functions—from process design to project management, from data analysis to communication rollout. You’ll:
  • Lead the design, documentation, and improvement of HR processes across regions and functions
  • Apply human-centered design, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies to uncover pain points and co-create better workflows 
  • Facilitate workshops and gather input from stakeholders across HR and the business
  • Analyze process performance, surface gaps or discrepancies, and measure impact using data (excel).
  • Drive and manage projects from scoping to delivery, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned
  • Partner with COEs, HR Delivery, Tech, and Analytics—ensuring seamless process execution, even when systems are owned by others
  • Develop clear process documentation, training tools, and visual communications
  • Support the HR function in communicating change through channels like Canva, email, or toolkits 

What You’ll Bring

You’re a proactive problem solver who combines data-driven insight with human-centered design to streamline processes, lead projects, and connect teams.
Technical Skills
  • 3+ years in HR or process improvement, skilled in process mapping and redesign (Design Thinking, Lean, Agile)
  • Strong data analysis abilities using Excel
  • Experienced project manager comfortable juggling multiple priorities end-to-end
  • Clear communicator who creates impactful presentations, visuals and messages-experience with Canva is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is highly desirable
Behavioral Skills
  • Proactive, hands-on contributor who takes ownership and drives results
  • Skilled facilitator who uncovers insights and builds consensus
  • Natural connector who fosters collaboration across teams
