KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage the entire part-time recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Prepare regular HR reports.
  • Conduct market data research to identify trends in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Refine HR templates such as onboarding materials, referral bonus scheme, etc.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects.

GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT GOAL/ TOPIC:

  • Strategies for effective recruitment and onboarding

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • A passion in our brands and industry!
  • Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
  • Proficient in English
  • A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
