Summer 2025 Internship Details: 

  • Program dates: June 2 to August 8 

  • 10-week program with 35-hour work week 

  • Hybrid, onsite work schedule: Tues, Wed & Thurs in office  

  • Internship location in NYC 

  • Compensation: $22/hr + a $2500 stipend 

  • Applicants must be able to commit to full-time hours and the entire length of the program. 

  • Applicants must be undergraduates and/or those actively enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program 

  

  

What to Expect and important dates to keep in mind: 

  • Applications close: February 28, 2025  

  • Required: Initial screening conducted by our recruiting team virtually 

  • Final interviews conducted by our hiring teams virtually beginning late February into early March 

  • Internship offers will be extended by the recruitment team at the end of March into early April 

  • If you are applying for a design or creative internship (fashion design/technical design/graphic design), please be sure to provide samples of work (online portfolio, illustrations, flat sketches, and/or 3D renderings) 

 

 

Job Title: Intern, Sustainability and Inclusion 

 

Job summary 

At Calvin Klein we push culture and fashion forward through progressive design and progressive values. Our approach to sustainability and inclusion is no different. We are dedicated to reducing our impact on the planet while improving the lives of our communities and associates everywhere. The Sustainable Business Transformation Team’s ambition is to transform the Calvin Klein business to become more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative through strategic planning, partnership building, and purposeful communications. As part of the team: the Sustainability and Inclusion Intern will support this ambition through a focus on sustainability and inclusion strategy and communications, NGO partnership activations, and circularity initiatives.  

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:   

  • Support the creation of presentation materials, partnership documents, and project plans 

  • Contribute to current projects (e.g., partnership assessments, cost/data analysis and storytelling, and recommendations) 

  • Assist and contribute to internal sustainability and inclusion education programs for cross-functional teams 

  • Participate in internal and external communication efforts on sustainability and inclusion 

  • Support circularity and circular business model initiatives to move our public target forward 

  • Actively research and keep a pulse on the latest sustainability and inclusion topics 

 

Education 

  • Rising junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a science-, social impact-, or business-related degree or other related field with intention to work in corporate responsibility, inclusion, social impact, human rights, and / or environmental science upon graduating preferred 

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA in core major classes preferred 

 

Experience / Skills 

  • Previous relevant internship / work experience or demonstrated interest in the industry 

  • Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred 

  • Team-player who is passionate and curious about sustainability, inclusion, and innovation 

  • Effective communication skills (written and oral) and ability to influence 

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and organization skills 

  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and seek constructive feedback 

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) 

Pay Range:

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
