Junior Pants Designer – Menswear (Amsterdam HQ)

Step into one of the most dynamic roles on our Menswear Design Team, based in our European HQ in Amsterdam. As Junior Pants Designer, you’ll help shape the look and feel of one of Tommy Hilfiger’s key product categories—PANTS. You’ll work side by side with senior designers, developers, and merchandisers to bring four full seasonal collections to life each year.

This is your chance to grow fast, learn from the best, and design for one of the most recognized fashion brands in the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Research global trends and market insights that feed into our brand DNA.

  • Support the Senior Pants Designer from concept to final sample.

  • Design commercially strong pants that bring a modern twist to Tommy’s preppy aesthetic.

  • Prepare detailed design sheets and tech packs for global teams.

  • Partner with Development and Tech teams to bring your vision to life through prototypes and fittings.

  • Work closely with Buying and Merchandising to meet range plans and price points.

  • Build a sharp eye for fabrics, trims, and finishes that suit our menswear range.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in woven design, ideally focused on pants.

  • A degree in Fashion Design (Menswear focus preferred).

  • Strong Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills and confident hand sketching.

  • Business-level English communication skills.

  • A sharp eye for style, trends, and translating ideas into commercially successful products.

  • A team player’s mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

  • Willingness to travel across Europe for supplier visits.
