The Team
The Tommy Hilfiger EMEA E-commerce team drives the brand’s online growth across the region, managing Tommy.com and marketplace channels to deliver engaging shopping experiences and strong commercial performance. The team delivers seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activations that strengthen brand presence and meet business objectives, working closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams.

Within this structure, the Site Merchandising team optimizes on-site product discovery and consumer journeys by managing product rankings, filters, internal search, and product recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and alignment with trade strategies.

The Position
The Junior Specialist, Site Merchandising, executes on-site merchandising strategies to maximize conversion and product visibility. This includes managing rankings, filters, internal search, and product recommendations in line with commercial priorities. The role works closely with content, traffic, and other e-commerce teams to deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activations effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor e-commerce KPIs and web metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Manage visibility and performance of seasonal and promotional assortments.

  • Operate site merchandising tools (e.g., Fredhopper, XO) to adjust rankings, filters, and search results.

  • Collaborate with content, traffic, and other e-commerce teams to activate seasonal launches and promotions, aligning on-site touchpoints with business objectives.

  • Apply merchandising best practices from product launch through end-of-life.

Measures of Success

  • Product visibility and navigation aligned with trade and promotional priorities.

  • Conversion improvements for key assortments, supported by data insights.

  • Timely, accurate execution of merchandising updates for seasonal and promotional events.

  • Effective use of data and assortment knowledge to inform decisions.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3 years of e-commerce experience, ideally in fashion or a similar consumer industry.

  • Familiarity with site merchandising tools (Fredhopper, XO) or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Clear communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital commerce, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage, as Tommy.com operates in multiple locales (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, German, Polish).
