As a manager in the financial reporting and analysis area of the Finance Department, she/he will be a business partner, supporting the business from financial perspectives, including strategy development and the execution of key initiatives as a PMO, as well as resource allocation and ROI measurement. She/he will also work with the Senior Director to improve the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis processes, not only in finance, but also in each business function.

The role also involves managing management reporting, including PVH Group reporting and Japan internal management reports, to enable the business to make the best decisions and maximize return.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Prepare and review managerial and financial reports, analyzing the results accurately, promptly and completely based on the latest business situation

• Maintain monthly forecasts and budgets by liaising with internal business partners

• Monitor sales, gross margin and store/company profit performance against budget/forecast, recommending timely corrective action where necessary

• Provide financial analysis and insights relevant to decision-making

• Make recommendations to enhance business processes and profitability

• Support cross-functional activities requiring finance knowledge and PMO
