You will drive operational excellence across Calvin Klein’s global digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across web, email, and digital channels. By bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex workflows, you will enable scalable, efficient delivery of digital experiences that support global 360 campaigns and elevate the brand’s digital presence.

Position Summary:

The Manager, Global Project Management, Digital is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional digital marketing initiatives across Calvin Klein’s global platforms. This role owns project planning, timeline management, and delivery across digital touchpoints—including global websites, email marketing, and integrated campaigns—ensuring alignment with Go-To-Market (GTM) frameworks and launch readiness standards.

You will drive consistency and efficiency in digital workflows, manage dependencies across cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, eCommerce, UX/UI, development, and paid media), and ensure alignment across global and regional stakeholders. This role requires a balance of hands-on execution and strategic coordination, with a focus on process optimization, tool adoption, and operational visibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Ownership & Digital Execution

  • Lead end-to-end management of global digital marketing and content initiatives from intake through deployment across web, email, and digital channels
  • Translate cross-functional briefs into actionable project plans, defining timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs
  • Ensure all deliverables meet launch readiness standards and align with platform requirements
  • Drive execution of 360 campaigns across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency across channels and regions

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison across CMO teams and digital partners, including eCommerce, UX/UI, product, development, paid media, and regional teams
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and project checkpoints, driving clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization to align priorities and resolve challenges
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating with proposed solutions as needed


Asset Deployment & Digital Asset Management (DAM)

  • Oversee asset readiness and deployment in partnership with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) team
  • Ensure assets are accurately uploaded, organized, and meet platform specifications
  • Manage distribution of assets and communications to global and regional partners
  • Maintain and evolve global distribution lists and processes to support seasonal and campaign needs

Process, Tools & Reporting

  • Drive consistent use of project management tools to manage timelines, dependencies, and workflows
  • Establish and uphold standardized digital ways of working to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and bottlenecks; provide reporting and insights to leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Act as a role model for best practices in project management and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

Experience (Please choose):

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital project management, marketing operations, or content production in fast-paced, creative environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and content workflows across web, email, and/or performance marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of digital production processes, including UX/UI workflows, development cycles, and platform requirements
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations

Additional Information:

  • Experience supporting a global fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, DAM systems, and paid media workflows preferred

Education (Please choose):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and drive alignment
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Box)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and production workflows
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Problem Solving:

Problems and issues are not well defined and require understanding of multiple disciplines and job areas

Example:
Manage complex digital initiatives with shifting priorities, multiple stakeholders, and cross-channel dependencies; proactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure timely and effective delivery

  • Support large-scale, complex initiatives with shifting priorities, competing timelines, and multiple stakeholders across regions
  • Understand dependencies across functions to bring global 360 campaigns to life—proactively surface risks to mitigate issues to protect timelines, budgets, and creative integrity

Provide input to making changes to processes, product, or programs

Additional Information: In-office 3 days (Tue/Wed/Thu). Occasional night and weekend work may be required depending on project or regional team calls.

Pay Range:---

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
