A day in the life of a Manager Merchandising & Analytics (m/f/x) Tommy Hilfiger:

As a Merchandising & Analytics Manager for our famous Brand Tommy Hilfiger, you will play a key role in supporting our Brand Managers with deep-dive analytics and actionable insights across EMEA. Your analysis will help shape product assortment strategies, guide decision-making, and ensure Tommy Hilfiger stays relevant and competitive in a fast-changing marketplace.

This role combines data analytics, market insights, and strategic collaboration perfectly for someone who loves turning numbers into stories and insights into impact.

  • Analytics & KPIs – Take ownership of key merchandising metrics such as sell-through and inventory turnover. Develop and maintain performance tracking reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Market & Consumer Insights – Identify and analyze market trends, competitive movements, and consumer behavior to deliver clear, actionable recommendations to EMEA teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Sales, Planning, and Marketing to translate insights into strategies that drive performance and strengthen our product offering

What do we need from you? You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, buying, or business analysis—ideally within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, marketing, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus but not required
  • Strong understanding of merchandising KPIs (e.g., sell-through,  inventory turnover, stock-to-sales ratio) and how they influence business performance
  • Proven ability to analyse large datasets, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present data insights, seasonal strategies, and product stories to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, planning, marketing, and supply chain teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and German
