The Role
As Manager, Process & Milestones, you will own the creation, implementation, and management of cross-functional calendars and product lifecycle milestones, ensuring timely and efficient seasonal execution across the business. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and process improvement capabilities to align teams and deliver consistent results throughout the seasonal Go-to-Market process.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and update seasonal end-to-end product lifecycle calendars
• Ensure milestone alignment across design, merchandising, development, planning, and sourcing
• Track progress and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and key deliverables
• Identify and implement process improvements that drive speed, clarity, and efficiency
• Facilitate milestone meetings, ensuring the right stakeholders are present and objectives are clear
• Monitor and report on KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions
• Lead onboarding and training related to calendar tools and milestone responsibilities
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to align on key changes, risks, and actions
• Support special projects related to operational excellence and workflow optimization
The Ideal Candidate
• 5–7 years of experience in process management, product development, merchandising operations, or related consulting
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional product calendars and GTM workflows
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Confident presenter and communicator across all levels of the business
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for continuous improvement
• Trusted collaborator and connector across diverse teams and functions
• Bachelor’s degree required
