The Team
This role sits within Marketing Operations, which is the organisational and creative production arm of the marketing department. As a close partner to both creative and marketing teams, we work to establish the best processes, drive collaboration, bring production expertise and are accountable for delivering on time and to budget.
The team is made up of 4 pillars – Operations, Project Management, Production and PVH Studios and collectively this team are responsible for the global creative output for the brand, from global campaigns to brand design for our touchpoints, to PDP content.
The team plays an important role in building upon the brand’s desirability through the delivery of aspirational lifestyle content and brand design.
The Position
As part of the Marketing Operations function, the Producers bring our creative concepts to life through stills and video shoot production. Managing and coordinating external suppliers and crews as well as internal stakeholders to deliver assets on time and within budget.
The Manager, Production owns the end-to-end production cycle and leads production from Market Launches to complex Global Campaigns. In this role, you will work independently and in close partnership with Art Directors and the wider Operations team to deliver outstanding creative content, applying your production expertise to optimize approaches and drive innovation in how we produce content.
You will act as a key contributor in shaping production standards, processes, and scalable methods that improve the quality and efficiency of our output. You’ll support other producers where needed and offer guidance to colleagues with less experience, while also liaising confidently with senior stakeholders across the business.
The role is critical to maximizing the impact of our production budget, using a range of approaches—from lean, socially-minded productions to high-profile brand campaigns featuring top-tier creative talent.
Key Responsibilities (included but not limited)
Lead large-scale and complex productions independently, balancing quality, cost, and time while aligning with brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to shape shot lists and apply production expertise to identify the most efficient, effective ways to deliver lifestyle content.
Recommend and evaluate a range of production approaches, drawing on your experience to help shape decisions and streamline complexity.
Facilitate cross-functional production decision-making and align stakeholders throughout each phase.
Allocate and secure resources across production phases, including pre-production, shoot/build, post-production, and delivery—including social adaptations.
Manage and negotiate contracts, usage rights, and rates with contributors, in collaboration with internal legal and casting teams.
Lead budget creation, forecasting, and full reconciliation across projects, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial standards.
Maintain oversight of project administration according to departmental guidelines.
Bring a deep knowledge of creative talent across photography, direction, styling, and matching the right teams to the right briefs.
Demonstrate ownership through structured, well-organized productions that build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project status, timelines, and production complexities clearly, ensuring shared understanding across all parties.
Deliver premium lifestyle content across stills, video, and platform-specific social formats.
Share production expertise to support and mentor colleagues, contributing to the evolution of best practices and scalable production solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
University degree and 7–10 years of production experience across stills and video, ideally within the fashion industry
Proven ability to independently lead complex productions from end to end
Deep understanding of shoot production best practices and ability to streamline through tools and process creation
Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and minimal guidance required
Broad network of suppliers and industry contacts, with interest in a wide range of production styles—from agile to premium
Confident in presenting and networking with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
Effective collaborator who navigates challenges diplomatically and builds strong working relationships
Proficient in Excel and budget management tools, with a solid grasp of financial tracking
Able to guide others and act as a point of reference for less experienced team members
