This team is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to provide insights that support business growth and efficiency. The team collaborates with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize resources. The FP&A team supports the organisation as the leader of P&L Management across the enterprise, with responsibility for Performance Management, Strategic Assessment, gross margin management, and cost control, ultimately driving growth and profitability for our business.

The Manager Reporting Transformation is responsible for driving financial transparency, accountability, and performance optimization across the EMEA region. You will lead the transformation of financial and business reporting in EMEA, spearheading initiatives that enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of reporting. •  Business Insights & Decision Support: Automate and optimize financial processes to deliver timely, reliable insights that support strategic decisions.

• Financial Analysis: Support month-end controlling activities, monthly Re-estimates, and yearly Budget. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers, highlighting areas for improvement.

• Process Optimization & Automation: Streamline monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, reducing manual work through automation and standardization.

• Executive Communication & Presentations: Support the preparation of key strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

•  Audit & Compliance Support: Assist with internal and external audits by liaising with auditors and ensuring the timely resolution of findings.

• Change Management: Partner closely with IT, Data, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Train and coach finance team members on new tools, processes, and best practices for effective ways of working.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory bodies, on financial reporting matters.

Measures of Success:

• Increased adoption and satisfaction of reporting tools among business and finance stakeholders.

• Demonstrable improvements in reporting efficiency (e.g., reduced manual effort, faster turnaround times).

• Effective collaboration with Enterprise Analytics, Regions, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

• Contribution to measurable performance improvements across the EMEA business (revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization).

• Establish solid strategic processes and ensure consistent execution.

What you'll bring:
