POSITION SUMMARY:
PVH leverages a diversified portfolio of brands. This includes Calvin Klein Apparel/Accessories/Footwear and The Close to Body Brands Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nike.
The Global Supply team is responsible for delivering globally integrated supply chain strategies by enhancing predictability, mitigating constraints, and maximizing value throughout the supply chain. The Manager, Supply Operations and Planning will be responsible for the following:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Manage seasonal and responsive buy plans and timelines through calendar adherence throughout the cross functional team
Monitor and maintain time and action calendars to and track lead times pertaining to raw material, bulk production, and transit.
Report back on Material MOQs and Surcharges per style on seasonal Global Reconciliation file
Follow through and place Core Global Buy replenishment / monthly NOS styles placed by regions
Analyze and collaborate with manager on ways to maximize opportunities, report on and monitor production deliveries , escalate delivery delays to business
Focus on trends that can drive better decision making, improve lead times and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Global Supply Planning team for the data collection of Seasonal Buy plans and Global buy reconciliations.
Database maintenance across Footwear category from multiple factories and supply sources
Create and communicate reporting that summarizes to the cross functional teams the management of early commitments related to raw materials.
Work with external and internal partners to streamline processes and drive efficiency as it relates to calendar, raw materials orders and bulk production deliveries
Development of reporting models and planning related processes
Assist and support for all projects for process/ system enhancements.
Excellent excel skills with ability to manipulate data from multiple sources.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain functions with a focus on data/analytics
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of data and analytics tools like SQL or R
Ability to manage & meet deadlines
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
High integrity & business ethics
Fluent with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Smartsheet
Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
Self-motivated and Team Player
