About The Role
Manage the visual direction and presentation of the Calvin Klein brand and ensure alignment with Global and Regional guidelines and strategy across all channels in the ANZ markets.
Reporting to the Director, Visual Merchandising, you will lead, manage, coach, and inspire the Calvin Klein Visual Merchandising team, to maximise brand exposure, elevate presentation, and drive profitability while ensuring the delivery of exceptional consumer experience.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Actively participate in the strategy for Calvin Klein, collaborating closely with the Brand Vice President, Marketing, Retail Merchandise and Wholesale Category teams, to ensure the VM direction reflects this across all channels, showrooms, and events.
Create, maintain, and communicate visual project schedules and seasonal planners/calendars to ensure they are aligned with campaigns, key deliveries, and promotional timelines.
Be accountable for identifying, recommending, executing, and managing initiatives and efficiencies that support the visual and business structure, strategy, and growth.
Utilise sales and traffic data to influence commercial VM decisions to track, monitor and communicate VM results and PIR outcomes to the wider business.
Communicate and ensure strong working relationships with regional and global VM teams to obtain new directives, guidelines, necessary approvals and ensure ANZ compliance ensuring all key deliverables and regional reporting are achieved within set timeframes.
Work closely with the retail and wholesale operations teams to collectively drive the performance of the store teams, achieve retail sales targets and deliver an elevated consumer experience in all PVH branded touch points.
Ideal education, qualifications & competencies
6+ years experience in merchandising, styling, window dressing, creative installations and pos design and production.
5+ years managing a team of direct reports in a senior / leadership role.
Demonstrated experience within a similar function, preferably within retail apparel including department store, full price and outlet environments.
General computer skills with strong competencies in Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Creative, commercially aware, and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
Strong team leader with an ability to manage, motivate, inspire and work effectively within a large team.
Strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
Able to travel local, interstate and globally as required.
Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
