The Team
The CK eCommerce team is focused on delivering exceptional commercial performance and customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints. As we continue evolving toward a more connected retail ecosystem, the Omni Channel team plays a critical role in driving synergies between stores and digital platforms. This role bridges marketplace growth, trading operations, and omnichannel retail capabilities to serve the modern consumer in a seamless, consistent way, no matter where they shop.

The Position
This role covers two core operational areas: Marketplace and Omnichannel execution, to support the next stage of our connected commerce journey.
As Omni Channel Specialist, you will focus on the day-to-day execution of our Partner Program marketplace operations, supporting trading tasks, reporting, and product go-live. Additionally, you will help drive executional excellence in store-fulfillment services and DTC coordination through collaboration with multiple teams, ensuring a seamless and consistent consumer experience.
You will work cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, Retail, Marketing, Legal, Tech, and regional teams to ensure smooth processes and aligned execution across all connected commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Marketplace Operations Support

  • Support daily operations for Partner Program platforms (e.g., Zalando, About You, ASOS)

  • Coordinate product go-live status and check system accuracy

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (e.g., RNS, return rates, inventory availability)

  • Flag and escalate trading risks or opportunities based on inventory, pricing, or platform input

  • Support communication with partners and prepare meeting materials

  • Maintain accurate documentation and trackers for marketplace processes


Pillar 2: Omnichannel Execution

  • Support daily operations for store-based digital services (e.g., ship-from-store, click & collect)

  • Work closely with Retail Ops and Tech to solve issues and maintain service continuity

  • Assist with DTC promotional and markdown alignment across online and stores

  • Track and report key omnichannel activation metrics

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Retail to support local activation needs

  • Ensure correct service tagging and logic setup in systems and analytical tools

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as an operational liaison between eCom, Retail, and regional stakeholders

  • Maintain clear process documentation and workflows to improve visibility

  • Support recurring meetings and reporting for marketplace and omnichannel teams

  • Assist with testing and deployment of new tools or process enhancements related to pricing, inventory, or content

  • Success Metrics

  • Marketplace operational accuracy and issue resolution speed

  • Product go-live and content execution smoothness

  • Accuracy of marketplace and omnichannel reporting

  • Timely execution of omnichannel promotions and daily tasks

  • Partner satisfaction and cross-functional alignment

  • Quality of documentation and process improvement initiatives


Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, merchandising, or omnichannel retail

  • Familiarity with platforms like Zalando, ASOS, or About You

  • Experience in operational coordination, digital workflows, or logistics support

  • Strong organizational skills and reporting capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through

  • Detail-oriented with a mindset for process improvement

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
