The Visual Analytics team sits within the corporate Data & Analytics function at PVH and is focused on delivering intuitive, scalable, and decision-ready dashboards that power a world-class, data-driven organization.
As part of the India-based development team, Power BI Developer – Visual Analytics will design and deliver interactive dashboards, semantic models, and enterprise-grade reporting solutions that enable PVH leadership to make faster, more informed decisions. This role focuses on scalable build execution and optimization — translating complex business requirements into clean data models, certified metrics, and intuitive visual experiences within the new Data & Analytics platform (Power BI). Analytics Product Domain Leads own stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritization; this role is accountable for high-quality, performant delivery against that backlog.
The ideal candidate combines deep semantic model expertise with a passion for great UX — building dashboards that apply modern design principles (information hierarchy, executive clarity, usability) and are backed by reusable, certified datasets that meet enterprise governance standards.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reporting solutions within Power BI.
Build clean, scalable data models (star schema where applicable) to support global reporting needs.
Develop accurate and optimized DAX measures (time intelligence, KPI logic, variance analysis, comparisons).
Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations, wireframes, and dashboard prototypes.
Create harmonized global metrics by integrating data from multiple Business Intelligence source systems.
Optimize report performance through model design, query tuning, and DAX best practices.
Execute against a prioritized backlog managed by Analytics Product Domain Leads; collaborate with Business Analysts and global stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and solutions delivered at scale.
Build and maintain reusable, certified datasets and semantic models; document requirements, metric definitions, and data logic to enforce enterprise-scale governance standards.
Support QA, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure right-first-time delivery.
Maintain and enhance executive dashboards aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (Cost Optimization, Delivery Performance, Availability, Visibility, Sustainability, Risk Tracking).
Provide ad-hoc reporting and dashboard enhancements as business needs evolve.
Executive dashboards with measurable adoption — tracked via Power BI usage metrics — that leadership actively uses for decision-making, reducing reliance on ad-hoc reporting requests.
Clear information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and drill-through design that meets executive UX standards and passes stakeholder usability review.
Certified, reusable datasets and trusted metrics with documented definitions, consistent logic, and zero discrepancy across reports consuming the same semantic model.
Fast-performing models optimized for scale — reports loading within defined performance benchmarks (e.g., sub-5-second load times for executive dashboards).
Automated and maintainable reporting pipelines.
Measurable reduction in ad-hoc reporting requests as self-serve dashboards increase in adoption and coverage across business functions.
