  • Partner with technology, commercial leads and business teams to deliver high-quality OMS capabilities.

Omnichannel Enablement

  • Define and implement OMS features such as ship-from-store, click & collect, endless aisle, split orders, and returns anywhere.

  • Ensure OMS supports flexible fulfillment rules to balance customer experience, cost, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with retail operations, supply chain, ecom, finance, and customer service to gather requirements and align priorities.

  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for both customer experience and store associate usability.

  • Ensure compliance with payment, tax, and data security standards.

  • Understand system architecture to make informed decisions on scalability, performance, and resilience.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor OMS performance through KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, cancellations, delivery promise accuracy, and returns efficiency.

  • Identify pain points and opportunities for process automation or feature enhancements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in omnichannel retail and order management technologies.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain.

  • Hands-on experience with leading OMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, Salesforce OMS, or custom-built platforms).

  • Proven track record of delivering omnichannel capabilities such as BOPIS, ship-from-store, and returns across channels.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, and running sprints.

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (business and technology).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and success metrics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail industry experience, ideally in fashion, consumer goods, or specialty retail.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle), POS, and WMS integrations.
  • Familiarity with API-based architectures, cloud solutions, and SaaS OMS platforms.
  • Exposure to global / multi-market OMS rollouts (multiple currencies, tax rules, and languages).
