About The Role

PVH Corp is undertaking a large-scale transformational program in ANZ, designed to deliver significant change across processes, technology, operating models, and ways of working. The Project Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs and program delivery by working closely with PVH PMOs, business stakeholders, the System Integrator (SI), and internal delivery teams.

This role is responsible for defining, analysing, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that support the successful design, build, and implementation of new processes, systems, and operating models, ensuring the transformation delivers measurable business value.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, this is a full-time, 14-month fixed term contract, working from home and in the office weekly. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements across impacted functions and regions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work closely with SI functional consultants, solution architects, and developers to clarify requirements and support solution design.
  • Review SI deliverables (e.g. functional designs, configuration workbooks, user stories) to ensure alignment with PVH requirements and standards.
  • Analyse current-state (“as-is”) processes and design future-state (“to-be”) processes aligned to transformation objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation, and automation.
  • Support testing activities including UAT planning, test scenario development, and defect triage.
  • Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities as required.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across global and regional teams to drive clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Identify and escalate business-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement across the program whilst promoting best-practice business analysis approaches within the project team.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex transformation programs delivered with a prime System Integrator (SI) partner.
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of SI-led delivery models, including requirements, design, build, test, and deploy phases.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale system implementations (e.g. ERP, supply chain, digital, finance, or merchandising systems).
  • Strong process modelling and documentation skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organisations; apparel, retail, or consumer goods experience desirable.
