    Rejoignez l’équipe Wholesale de PVH en tant que Sales Manager en CDI ! Vous serez en charge d'assurer le bon développement des lignes Footwear et Accessories de Tommy Hilfiger selon la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise PVH auprès de vos Clients Wholesale. 

  • Voici les responsabilités qui vous seront confiées : 

  • Développer et appliquer la stratégie commerciale du département Footwear & Accessories sur la France, en accord avec la stratégie globale. 
  • Identifier, convaincre et négocier avec des grands comptes nationaux 
  • Manager une équipe de 3 personnes 
  • Optimiser l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, de rentabilité et de prix moyen 
  • Assurer la remontée des informations auprès de la Directrice Commerciale
  • Piloter et cadrer les besoins des marchés Français/Belge : participation à la structure de collections, définition des opportunités de business auprès des équipes Merchandising afin d’assurer que l’assortiment France+ réponde aux besoins du marché 
  • Réaliser et présenter un reporting fiable, qualitatif et quantitatif auprès des équipes merchandising 
  • Former les collaborateur.rice.s commerciaux sur le produit et la stratégie des lignes 
  • Effectuer des visites en magasin de manière régulière et recueillir des informations sur les tendances du marché, la concurrence (offre, performances, positionnement prix, …) afin de fournir des commentaires sur les opportunités

    Vous serez rattaché.e à la Directrice Commerciale de Tommy Hilfiger et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec toute l’équipe. Pour nous, l’esprit d’équipe est essentiel et nous sommes convaincus-es que travailler dans la bonne humeur permet de contribuer à la performance ! 

    PROFIL RECHERCHE 

    Titulaire d'un Bac + 5 ou d'un diplôme équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire en tant que manager d’au moins 3 ans dans les univers de la mode et du sport.

    Passionné.e par la mode, vous avez acquis une expertise produit Footwear & Accessoires.

  • Nous recherchons des personnalités dotées d'un excellent relationnel, d'un sens de la communication, d'un goût du challenge et d'une culture du résultat.

  • Vous maitrisez le pack office et parlez couramment anglais.

    About the role 

     
    Join PVH Wholesale team as a Sales Manager ! The main mission will be to ensure the successful development of Tommy Hilfiger’s Footwear & Accessories lines according to PVH's commercial strategy. 
     
    Your main responsiblities will be : 

    - Develop and implement the Footwear & Accessories sales strategy in France, in line with the global strategy. 
    - Identify, convince and negotiate with key national accounts. 
    - Manage a team of 3 people. 
    - Optimize sales, profitability and average price targets. 
    - Ensure feedback to the Sales Director 
    - Steering and framing the needs of the French/Belgian markets: participation in the collection structure, definition of business opportunities with the Merchandising teams to ensure that the France+ assortment meets market needs. 
    - Produce and present reliable, qualitative and quantitative reports to the merchandising teams. 
    - Train sales staff on product and line strategy 
    - Conduct regular store visits and gather information on market trends, competition (offer, performance, price positioning, etc.) in order to provide feedback on opportunities.

    PROFILE 

    If you're curious, passionate about fashion and you know how to adapt fast, this role is for you!  


    With a 5-year degree or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of similar experience as a manager in fashion and sport industries. You are an expert of product Footwear & Accessories.

     
    We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture. 

    Languages used on a daily basis are French and English, both spoken and written.   

      

    Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skills.
