About the Role

As the Senior Accountant, Tax & Compliance, you will lead tax compliance, governance and statutory reporting across the PVH ANZ Group. Working closely with local, regional and global stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with regulatory and PVH requirements while managing tax reporting, transfer pricing, audits and tax planning initiatives. You will also support climate-related financial disclosure reporting, strengthen governance and financial controls, and contribute to broader compliance activities, including risk management, commercial contract governance and lease accounting.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, this role is based at our Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD (388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000), you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, working in the office with the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, reporting and lodgements across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
• Prepare income tax provisions, tax calculations, reconciliations and regional/global tax reporting.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, tax governance documentation, policies and process notes.
• Coordinate climate-related financial disclosure reporting and support compliance with evolving sustainability reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial control documentation, process maps and SOX compliance requirements.
• Prepare consolidated ANZ statutory financial statements and coordinate external audit requirements.
• Prepare and review tax, statutory and compliance-related balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with the Finance team on business projects, assessing controls, identifying risks and recommending additional controls or reporting requirements.
• Provide technical accounting and tax guidance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with PVH policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review contractual arrangements, support risk management and coordinate ANZ insurance activities.
• Perform ongoing tax and compliance risk assessments, identifying emerging risks and supporting appropriate mitigation.
• Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to meet PVH Group and regulatory requirements.

About You

• CA or CPA qualification with 5+ years' experience in a similar role, including 4+ years' corporate tax technical experience.
• Ideally, experience within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.
• Experience developing policies, process maps and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
