About the Role:
As a Sr. Manager, Health and Welfare Plans, you will lead and innovate within our dynamic Total Rewards team at PVH Corp. You will be at the forefront of benefits strategy and design, managing vendor and consultant relationships, driving engagement in our benefit programs to support PVH’s HR associate value proposition, Talent Management and I&D efforts. In this role, you will build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:
Apply thought leadership and drive PVH’s benefits and engagement strategy through benefit design, and delivery through an effective communications strategy.
Lead relationship management with benefits vendors, consultants, negotiate contracts.
Support VP with assessing current state to develop and refine multi-year benefits strategy, provide differentiated solutions by varying workforce. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives are on track.
Partner with Sr. HR Stakeholders to understand business and operational environment, identify associate needs by populations, share updates and drive engagement. Communicate policies, practices, and guidelines effectively to all levels of the organization, including senior management.
Assess external market and competitive landscape to ensure PVH benefit plans are market competitive, provide recommendations and solutioning to consolidate and streamline benefit programs, where appropriate.
Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and other assets for leadership as required. This includes HR and stakeholder communications, annual benefit recommendations and Executive annual review presentations, etc.
Leverage key tools and frameworks prepared by the benefits team to support the execution of PVH’s benefits strategy. Monitor the efficacy of benefit plan performance and partner with benefits team to identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes.
Manage benefit communications strategy, calendar and assets to support talent management efforts, associate experience (onboarding, offboarding, benefit journeys), Open Enrollment, benefit platforms, etc.
Partner with consultants, subject matter experts and internal communications to develop a modern and differentiated communication strategy that captures the various personas and career cycles of PVH’s populations. Monitor engagement and identify key data triggers to refine communications and engagement strategies.
Apply forward-thinking strategies to drive operational efficiencies, improve the associate experience, and support improved outcomes related to plan performance and metrics.
Represent PVH among business networks and retail benefit leaders; attend industry forums and conferences, engage in market surveys, and focus groups.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive benefits strategy, design, and competitive intelligence experience.
Attention to detail with the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, time management, project management and change management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex based on audience and other requirements.
Ability to create captivating story-telling presentations and deliver them to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in the design/management health and welfare plans, preferably gained in a consulting or brokerage environment or similar experience
