The Senior Director of Advanced Commercial Pricing Analytics for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger is responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide pricing, promotion, and markdown strategies that drive profitable growth and reinforce brand competitiveness. This leader partners cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, marketing, finance, and analytics to set pricing architecture, establish promotional and markdown frameworks, and embed financial guardrails into both pre-season planning and in-season management. By embedding data-driven decision-making through a brand-centric lens, the role ensures achievement of revenue, margin, and sell-through targets while minimizing markdown risk.
In addition to core pricing and promo strategy, this executive advances innovation and analytics capabilities. They lead the development of reporting suites to enhance visibility into demand, supply, and financial performance, and chair an AI taskforce to integrate capabilities such as demand forecasting, allocation algorithms, promo effectiveness modeling, and localized segmentation. With a test-and-learn mindset, they ensure rapid adaptation to market signals and accelerated learning cycles. Through strategic leadership, tool development, and actionable insights, this role enables smarter, faster, and more profitable commercial decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and govern pricing models & strategies: Partner with sales, buying, and planning leaders to establish pricing architecture that achieves revenue and profitability goals while maintaining market competitiveness. Ensure alignment to financial KPIs and monitor elasticity across regions, channels, and product types. Provide pricing guidance related to tariff mitigation and other external factors
Design and optimize promotional strategies: Collaborate with buying, planning, and marketing to deliver promotional frameworks that drive both revenue and brand equity. Establish a promo “toolkit” with expected lifts by promotional lever, partner with external platforms to run A/B tests and define store-level promotional tiers that maximize profitability
Lead promo and markdown optimization initiatives: Drive development and continual refinement of tools that align promo and markdown actions with financial targets. Ensure optimization across both stores and e-commerce, with focus on achieving short-term sell-through before markdowns and maximizing end-of-life profitability
Advance reporting & analytics capabilities: Partner with BI and analytics teams to build a best-in-class reporting suite, improving visibility into demand/supply dynamics, service levels/in-stock reporting, wholesale performance and attributed product level performance. Translate insights into clear risks and opportunities across brands
Champion AI-enabled transformation: Establish and lead an AI taskforce within merchandising to identify and embed AI into core ways of working. Unlock opportunities in demand forecasting, allocation algorithms, margin forecasting, promo effectiveness modeling, and store segmentation
Shape pre-season assortment planning: Provide analytical frameworks that inform the buy, including enhanced assortment planning tools with deeper product attribute visibility, price architecture overlays, store clustering, and localized assortments
Support new store openings with financial guardrails: Conduct market pricing studies, define grand opening pricing and promo strategies, advise on local assortment opportunities, and monitor performance post-opening to ensure new stores launch competitively and profitably
Qualifications:
Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree are required; preferably in data analytics
8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in apparel, accessories, and/or footwear sectors, with deep expertise in pricing, promotions, and analytics
Proven track record implementing both large-scale and targeted optimization initiatives that drive measurable financial impact
Experience developing platforms, tools, and reporting suites to measure and track strategies across pricing, promotions, and markdowns
Exposure to marketing, data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting highly desirable
Strong analytical skillset with demonstrated ability to manage significant budgets and measure ROI of pricing and promotional investments
Proficiency in pricing and promotion analytics platforms, including optimization and A/B testing tools
Familiarity with supply chain management and planning functions, and ability to integrate pricing strategies into broader merchandising and operational workflows
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word); experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus
Skilled leader with ability to influence cross-functional partners, develop high-performing teams, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders

Pay Range:$159,300---$215,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
