Where We Are Today
Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function in EMEA is at a turning point. We are currently centralizing all TA resources across the region, bringing together previously siloed teams that support Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and our regional corporate functions. This unification presents an opportunity to establish a shared TA identity, build consistency, and amplify our strategic value.
The team today consists of recruiters and coordinators, managing a mix of volume hiring in retail and specialist recruitment across corporate and regional roles. While the team is deeply committed and eager to build, performance levels vary, and we are navigating through multiple interpretations of what “great” looks like in recruitment execution and stakeholder partnership.
Our current operating model is still largely transactional and reactive, with a focus on filling vacancies rather than shaping future talent pipelines. Systems and tools are in place, but they’re not yet fully optimized to drive insight-led decision-making or long-term workforce planning.
The Environment We’re Navigating
Our industry is facing economic volatility and shifting talent expectations, requiring agility and resilience in how we attract, assess, and retain talent.
The ongoing centralization process brings with it a level of uncertainty — and also opportunity — as we clarify roles, standards, and expectations across markets.
We are seeing growing business appetite for greater consistency, improved performance, and more strategic partnership from TA
Where We’re Headed
We’re not just building a stronger recruitment function — we’re transitioning from classical TA to a Talent Intelligence-driven model. That means:
Shifting from reactive hiring to proactive workforce planning.
Using internal talent insights to identify, nurture, and mobilize the skills already within our business.
Partnering closely with our People & Culture and Learning teams to drive skills-based hiring and internal mobility.
Investing in data, market intelligence, and strategic sourcing to better anticipate talent needs and shape hiring decisions.
Your Role in This Journey
As Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition – EMEA, you will lead this transformation. Your mandate is to:
Elevate team performance, coaching and enabling individuals while defining clear standards of excellence.
Create clarity and cohesion across a newly centralized team, aligning tools, processes, and capabilities to a shared vision.
Position TA as a true strategic partner to the business — embedded in workforce conversations, not just downstream recruitment.
Lead with resilience and inspiration, providing stability and direction through change and ambiguity.
Champion internal talent and skills-first hiring, ensuring we’re unlocking the full potential of our people, not just sourcing externally.
Use data and insights to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and smarter hiring decisions.
Why Join Now?
This is a build-and-shape moment. We have the brands, the scale, the team potential — and now, the momentum — to create something transformative. If you’re energized by the opportunity to redefine how a region hires, grows, and nurtures talent — and ready to lead through complexity — this role offers both the challenge and the platform to make a lasting impact.
