POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for entire life cycle activities of an associate and handle day to day HR operations for Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries in South East Asia where we need to support hiring of contractor (e.g. Cambodia)

  • Drive recruitment process including interaction with hiring managers, understanding the requirements and supporting talent pipelines. Support internship program if needed.

  • Cultivate and maintain culture of positive engagement among associates in the office.

  • Take up ownership for projects/initiatives which are in support of furthering the business and people goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers and hiring managers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and those HR standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented in support area.

  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment process, update Workday, prepare and place ads, manage recruitment agencies, pre-select applications, conduct interviews, working closely with Total Rewards to prepare Offers, conduct Reference check before Offer release and follow defined standards.

  • Responsible in assisting & operating the regional HR functions including handling of associate grievance, advising people managers on HR processes of PVH like Performance development, hiring, onboarding new hires.

  • Support the implementation of Learning & Development tools and concepts.

  • Support annual compensation review, promotions/salary adjustments, as appropriate, in accordance with Total Rewards processes.

  • Work closely with entire HR team in driving the implementation of company-wide/regional objectives and programs together with supervisor.

  • Handle daily HR administrative duties including filing, record updating, PFile and ad hoc projects.

  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports from PowerBI, Workday, update of Org Chart, and HR reports as required.

  • Provide reports and interactive communication on all human resources activities and initiatives to the business head, as required.

  • Support manager on tasks assigned.

  • Ability to handle multiple task/project with adherence to deadlines

  • Create procedures to improve operation efficiency

  • Must be flexible and adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with various functions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline;

  • 5 - 8 years work experience in the field of HR (preferably in an international organization and buying office) having independently handled employee life cycle activities

Skills:

  • Fluency in English(written and verbal);

  • MS-Office skills, HRIS experience required; Workday experience will be an added advantage

  • Good multi-tasking skills, independent, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative

  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
