The Team

The TH Product Strategy & Operations department plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Tommy Hilfiger. We are responsible for Product Strategy, Go-to-Market, and Data & Process Development, working cross-functionally to drive long-term growth. Within this, the Product Strategy team sets the strategic frameworks, translates them into actionable initiatives, and partners with product leadership to deliver against our 3- to 5-year vision.

The Position

The Senior Manager, Product Strategy will be a key driver of strategic planning for the brand, owning the 3-year planning process while also leading strategy development for select Business Units (BUs). Reporting directly to the Director, Product Strategy, this role will act as a thought partner to senior leaders, leading critical initiatives and ensuring strong execution and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of the 3-year strategic plan, aligning market, consumer, and product perspectives into clear priorities.

  • Partner with BU leaders to design long-term product strategies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial targets.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, equally comfortable with high-level vision setting and hands-on execution. You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and have the ability to influence without direct authority.
