About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics, will lead the development of advanced Workday reports and dashboards, expand data modeling capabilities using Workday Prism, and support high-impact workforce analytics and research initiatives. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic collaboration to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Workday Reporting & Dashboard Development
Design, build, and maintain complex reports and dashboards within Workday, including Discovery Boards and Composite Reports. Strong experience with calculated fields and scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions is essential.
Workday Prism Analytics
Develop and optimize data models in Workday Prism. Manage ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity, security, and governance are met.
Advanced Analytics Enablement
Enable workforce analytics and research initiatives by building robust data models and supporting the build of statistical algorithms that yield actionable insights.
Collaborator Engagement
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and business leaders to gather requirements, deliver self-service reporting solutions, and provide strategic data-driven recommendations.
Innovation & Technical Leadership
Stay abreast of the latest Workday reporting and Prism features. Continuously introduce enhancements to improve data visualization, reporting automation, and user experience.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday reporting, dashboard development, and Prism Analytics.
Expertise in Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, Composite Reports, Workday Slides, and Prism data modeling.
Sound knowledge of ETL, data governance, and data security standard methodologies.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leading end-to-end data projects.
Preferred: Experience with external tools such as Power BI and statistical programming languages like R and Python.
