This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and day-to-day marketing initiatives, while contributing to seasonal campaign planning across all consumer touchpoints. Drive impactful 360° marketing campaigns spanning PR, advertising, events, social media, influencer marketing, and CRM to maximize brand awareness, strengthen brand equity, deepen consumer engagement, and increase purchase intent. Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless omnichannel marketing experiences that drive customer acquisition, footfall, sales conversion, and long-term business growth.
a) Develop and execute 360° marketing plans:
Partner closely with Brand Marketing, CRM and eCom regional teams for localization, ensuring relevance to the local market while maintaining global brand consistency.
Work closely with media agency to plan and monitor roll out of digital campaigns and constant review of performance analysis, ROAS tracking, audience insights, and channel efficiency to achieve commercial objectives.
b) PR and Events:
Execute PR and event initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen consumer engagement, and support key business objectives.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans and establish goals and KPIs
Partner closely with Regional Communications teams to develop event communication strategies, localize campaign assets, and secure all necessary approvals to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
Management of events including sourcing, budget management, and performance evaluation, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery against project objectives.
Measure and evaluate event performance through post-event reporting, media coverage, consumer engagement, and ROI analysis, leveraging insights to optimize future activations and marketing effectiveness.
c) Support Retail Operations objectives for sales conversion:
Partner with Retail Operations to drive sales performance and commercial growth, developing marketing initiatives that increase store traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Identify channel / store specific needs and or consumer profiles to customize tailored activations and promotions to aid sales drivers.
d) CRM program maintenance and enhancement
Manage customer lifecycle marketing initiatives to strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven strategies and personalized communications.
Collaborate with Regional CRM teams to optimize customer lifecycle journeys and communications ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
Requirements
Foundation of marketing knowledge, with in-depth hands-on experience in retail and/or fashion industry, with good network of resources and contacts of media and influencers.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus point.
Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned.
Proactive keen learner team player with a great sense of responsibility, proactive with positive attitude.

Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
