POSTION SUMMARY: (Briefly state the main purpose and function of the position. Describe why this position exists and its major contribution to the organization.)

Responsible for sample and order execution for the brand and collaborate with different teams. Assist the supervisor for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand’s strategy to achieve KPIs.

Provide training to the junior team members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the major responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Clearly and concisely indicate the end result(s) a person in the position is expected to accomplish.)

Communication with vendors and business counter-parts for order execution

Execute based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand

Price negotiation and cost expectation management.

Cost analysis management and problem shooting

Manage production delivery against the plan

WIP management

Manage timeline from development to bulk shipment

Ensure garment/product integrity, style and product execution

Compile various reports

Assist supervisor to deliver on KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education & Experience: (The required degrees, certifications or licenses & the number of years and type of experience required for this position.)

University/Engineering degree with 2-4 years of related work experience; or post-secondary degree with minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience in apparel, material or technical background

Should have experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment.
Skills: (The specific skills an individual must possess in order to meet the expectations of the position.)

Apparel, material or technical background preferred.

Should have experience in manufacturing environment or similar previous working experience preferred.
