Position Summary
As the Senior Platform Engineer – SharePoint and Productivity, you will serve as the global custodian for the SharePoint platform and Productivity technologies within PVH’s Digital Workplace ecosystem. Acting as a Level 3 expert, you will ensure stable, secure, and high-performing operations & governance of SharePoint Online and various Productivity tools (PowerApps, Copilot, and other AI & Productivity platforms).
You will collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, deliver technical excellence, and continuously improve the environment you are responsible for. This role requires strong subject-matter expertise, hands-on engineering skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint & Productivity Platforms Ownership
- Act as a global subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint Online, PowerApps, MS Copilot, and other associated technologies.
- Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level platforms & infrastructure in alignment with global standards and security requirements.
- Ensure robust implementation and ongoing compliance of DLP, Security & Data Retention policies across these platforms.
Operational Excellence & Support
- Provide L3 support for complex incidents, problems, and escalations within this environment.
- Drive root cause analysis, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of services.
- Partner with vendor support to resolve critical incidents and maintain operational resilience.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure messaging platforms meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to design and implement secure-by-design solutions.
- Continuously improve controls against different threats.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Support the adoption of new features in Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools.
- Propose and implement automation, simplification, and optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to readiness for AI-assisted productivity solutions.
Collaboration & Ways of Working
- Work closely with global colleagues across the US, Europe, and India to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint delivery.
- Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to peers.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise SharePoint and Productivity platforms.
- Strong expertise with data security technologies, including DLP and Retention policies.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including integration with other MS products.
- Experience providing L3 support in a global environment with a strong focus on operational reliability and security.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative, team-oriented delivery.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
