About the Role:

As Senior Specialist, Brand Strategy you are responsible for driving and resolving high-priority brand management topics, projects, and related performance tracking for our two labels: TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS. Reporting to the Director, Brand Office Operations, you will be working in an international team on our brand strategy. We are looking for smart talent with a ton of energy, broad interests, and open-mindedness to work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. Your work matters and we will provide a steep learning curve and exciting opportunities to work directly with industry leaders and their teams on projects, financial management, goal setting, and performance tracking.

What You'll Do:
• Responsible for all internal communication material from the BLT and secure effective communication within the team
• Build all presentation and communication material to bring to life the BLT content - in ML, Town Halls, or events
• Lead and manage the internal budget management process for all the groups in the team; monthly tracking and forecasting, manage a budget to forecast and proactively advise SVP and group leader on optimal trade-offs
• Work with the Brand President to ensure he/she has compelling and strategic material as required.

What You'll Bring
• Min 3-5 years experience in strategy development and/or implementation

• C-level presentation and documentation skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Solid business understanding
• Ability to develop templates; must be strong in both MS Office and Mac
