Responsibilities:

  • Execute the payroll process and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including designing and updating policies

  • Administer all compensation and benefit programs including MPF and medical enrollment Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align total rewards programs with business goals and objectives

  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs through key metrics and analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or related HR field

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven research and make strategic recommendations

  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing total rewards strategies and programs

  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages

  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and market trends to ensure total rewards programs remain competitive

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, and payroll software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes
