The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

Are you ready to shape the future of content for two of the world’s most iconic fashion brands? We are looking for a talented Specialist Content Marketing to join our team, driving the content strategies for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. In this role, you will craft innovative content that resonates with our global audience, ensuring that both brands maintain their strong presence across digital platforms.

A day in the life of a Specialist Content Marketing (m/f/x):

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with the unique identities of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, ensuring relevance across global and local platforms.

  • Content Creation: Create compelling digital content reflecting the brand’s tone and vision.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee content marketing campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and brand alignment.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, freelancers) to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

  • SEO & Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to enhance the organic reach of content, driving visibility and engagement.

  • Content Calendar: Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and cohesive content rollouts that align with seasonal strategies and key brand moments.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze content performance data, generate insights, and adapt strategies to optimize future content and campaign success.

What do we need from you? You have:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a specific focus on digital content creation and strategy for fashion or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and trends in digital content marketing.

  • Creativity and storytelling skills to develop engaging content that connects with consumers of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

  • Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical skills to measure content performance and improve strategy based on data insights.

  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
