About the role.

As part of the Marketing Team the role is responsible for management of online Key Accounts.  The role is responsible to key account the online partner from a Marketing perspective and to balance out our Marketing strategy with brand and commercial needs, planning (incl budget split together with Marketing leads) and execution of campaigns.

The role works dual brand and works hand-in-hand with our Sales teams and the CK & TH Marketing + challenges the status quo to strive for track-record brand excellence for our powerful brands Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein.

Responsibilities:

Partner Key Account from Marketing site

  • Plan, develop and manage the annual Marketing calendar for one of our online Key- Accounts incl. Budgeting and Media/Marketing Mix adjustment to achieve best in class digital consumer experience for our brands
  • Support to develop the Account with data driven Performance Marketing activities by bridging commercial needs with Marketing needs closely together with our Sales Team
  • Define, plan and execute digital brand activations and brand campaigns across on-site and off-site channel together with our Marketing team and adjusted to our partner's own DNA
  • Develop creative and innovative digital campaigns driving traffic to our brands in our wholesale partner's platform

Data-driven Marketing

  • Define and optimize processes and KPIs by analyzing Consumer Insights together with our Consumer and Marketing Analytics team to ensure most efficient and effective results
  • Set, evaluate and track KPIs across Marketing teams to ensure data-driven Marketing
  • Analyze brand positioning and customize market insights for Marketing Team to drive fact-based Marketing activities across the account

Partner Collaboration

  • Personal appearance at partner meetings and execution of co-created campaigns & activations
  • Relationship Management with partner and sales teams
  • Always looking for opportunities for improvement

Market Analysis and Trend Research

  • Ongoing research of market development, trends and important competitors
  • Analyze, challenge and optimize digital marketing activities to gain insights and apply learnings based on KPIs

About you.

  • University Degree in Business Administration / Economics; Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Solid level of work experience in Ecommerce / Ecommerce Marketing or working in a Digital / Ecommerce Marketing Agency. Knowledge and insights into the fashion industry and market trends is an advantage. 
  • Hands-on in working with marketing tools and software to translate work resources into efficiency
  • A creative and innovative-driven marketing mindset
  • Ability to connect the dots between ecommerce business and Digital Marketing activities
  • Data-driven thinking and fact-based Marketing
  • Solution-oriented and precise working method
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High degree of team spirit
  • Very good written and spoken English is a must
