Specialist, Production Coordinator  

The Position   
The Tommy Hilfiger creative production team is looking for a Production Coordinator who is highly organized, results driven, and keen to grow their experience within the production industry. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can jump into to solve anything that may come their way.  
 
We are seeking a strong communicator who can partner cross-functionally within the Brand to support an organized, efficient and successful production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers, and creative partners, always improving production processes to effectively execute the creative strategy of the global production team.   
 

Key Responsibilities:   

• Overall support of the seasonal production team across multiple workstreams and multiple mediums 

• Support in commissioning and managing creative partners both internal and external 

• Work end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team through final delivery 

• Contract management, finance support, and support for new vendor onboarding 

• Team organizational support with travel,logistics, production estimates, proposals, project folder structure and population, and the project wrap process 

• Ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet all assigned deadlines 

• Team support to ensure projects are delieved on time and on budget 

• Own the hard drive and upload process 

• Help to document ways of working across the global production org 

• Other resposibilities as assigned 

 
The Ideal Candidate:   

• 1-2 years work experience in content production 

• A passion for creative production and committment to staying up to date with current and future trends 

• Entrepreneurial spirit and an emphatic team player 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

• Technical ability to run Mac-based programs 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle mutiple projects 

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork 

• Attention to detail and proble-solving skills 

• Self-starter and proactive attitude 

• Ability to navigate complexities within a corporate setting 

• High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality  

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written  

• Ability to travel as needed
