The Team

The Tommy Hilfiger Global Store Design and Visual Experience department is responsible for providing consumers the most compelling store experience through store design, visual merchandising and windows across all channels and markets. The Store Concept & Design team is a key function within the department, responsible for the design and experience of physical consumer touchpoints including Global retail, wholesale, and pop-ups.

Position Summary

The Specialist, Store Experience supports the development and delivery of high-quality retail experiences across Retail, Outlet, and Wholesale formats. Working closely with the Senior Specialist and the broader team, this role helps implement consumer journey strategies, seasonal activations, and in-store brand storytelling, while contributing valuable market feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution Support

  • Support the deployment of seasonal and evergreen activation toolkits across all store types.

  • Assist in tailoring in-store experiences to meet regional needs while upholding global brand standards.

  • Help coordinate sensory elements and store layout enhancements that align with the consumer journey.

Operational Support & Regional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between regional teams and brand marketing to ensure consistent execution.

  • Provide best practice recommendations for product presentation and point-of-sale activations.

  • Contribute to the execution of traffic-driving activations and seasonal campaign storytelling in-store.

  • Assist in toolkit development and regional delivery, ensuring tools are accessible, relevant, and used effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, VM, Store Operations) to support smooth execution of brand experience strategies.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track shop-in-shop activation performance, providing insights to drive improvements.

  • Monitor wholesale trends and consumer behaviors to optimize the brand’s presence in these channels.

  • Help gather regional feedback and share insights with the broader team to support iterative improvements.

  • Support training efforts by preparing materials and guiding store teams in brand presentation standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale retail, visual merchandising, or related fields.

  • Understanding of wholesale retail operations and consumer engagement.

  • Strong attention to detail in executing shop-in-shop experiences.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to track performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
