About the Role:

Working on the Internal Communications team and supporting People/HR communications, the Senior Coordinator, Communications will support the development and distribution of content and programming that connects the global People function team, drives People priorities and engages associates globally.

Reporting to the VP, Global Internal Communications, the Senior Coordinator will partner closely with HR/People teams to ensure in-function and function-to-enterprise communications are executed seamlessly and synched with the global comms calendar for harmonized storytelling.

What You'll Do:

Support in-function communications

  • Support and maintain content channels where the People function connect (e.g. dedicated Teams Channel; Team townhalls; all People function emails etc)
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications strategies and make recommendations on how to evolve and increase engagement over time

Support function-to-enterprise communications

  • Partner closely with People/HR leaders on key initiatives by driving tactical execution of associate-facing campaigns with excellence and attention to detail. Draft campaign materials and distribute approved communications
  • Be a key contributor to the editorial team, providing storytelling ideas that showcase People function wins, learning and development programs and other key resources
  • Develop and distribute approved content across multiple channels including Insider+ (PVH’s intranet) and email
  • Create and maintain timelines to support key People initiatives and ensure on time delivery of communications

Continuous improvement

  • Utilize metrics to measure success of communications and opportunities to improve
  • Develop a cadence and style for reporting out metrics regularly
  • Proactively provide recommendations for optimization based on metrics reports

What You'll Bring:

Experience: 2-3 years of writing, editorial, or communications experience. Experience in HR Communications or Internal Communications is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing

Skills:

  • Ability to write clear, concise content with a modern approach to communications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can easily manage / develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
  • Basic knowledge of intranet platforms, e-mail distribution tools, and CMS systems
  • Strong project management skills; highly organized; can manage tight deadlines while executing with excellence/attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively with brand, region, function and creative partners

Pay Range:$59,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
