About the Role:

As the Sr. Director Corporate Security, you will establish strategies, policies, and standards to ensure workplace safety, protect property and assets, and implement physical security measures, emergency response plans, travel security, executive protection, and investigations. You will play a key role in crafting a secure and resilient environment, while strictly adhering to industry standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish auditing and inspection protocols to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps.

  • Develop emergency preparedness and response plans for various situations.

  • Evaluate systems, alarms, and other physical security measures for efficiency.

  • Create and deliver company education programs on security policies and topics to ensure management is well-informed and equipped to handle potential security issues.

  • Advise and develop corporate security emergency preparedness and safety goals.

  • Develop security procedures and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Maintain security equipment such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

  • Identify, assess, and manage threats.

  • Manage executive protection and event security protocols.

  • Maintain travel security and conduct risk assessments.

  • Train and supervise other security personnel to ensure awareness of company policies and procedures regarding security measures.

  • Participate in local, state, and federal working or advisory groups to stay updated on security-related information, directives, and events.

  • Lead and direct major investigations and critical event responses in coordination with law enforcement and other officials or agencies.

  • Develop security-related standards and policies (visitor management, ID/access credentials, mail and package screening, etc.)

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Possesses broad and deep knowledge of law enforcement methods, tactics, and procedures with 10+ years of experience in security management.

  • Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or a related field.

Pay Range:$160,000 - $200,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
