STORE MANAGER | CALVIN KLEIN | SOUTH WHARF DFO

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our CALVIN KLEIN South Wharf DFO store.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll take ownership of store performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure our product, presentation and customer experience consistently reflect the CALVIN KLEIN brand.

If you’re currently leading a busy fashion, apparel, sportswear or other high-volume retail store — particularly within a DFO or outlet environment — we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall performance of the store, balancing commercial results with exceptional brand and customer experience.

You’ll:

Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver strong commercial results and an elevated customer experience
Drive store performance across key KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
Lead a high-volume stock environment, ensuring stock is managed efficiently from delivery through to the shop floor
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with the CALVIN KLEIN brand
Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing store team
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance
Create an inclusive, energetic and performance-driven team culture

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced retail leader who is comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership of a busy store.

You’ll ideally bring:

Current or recent Store Manager experience within fashion, apparel, sportswear or another high-volume retail environment
Proven experience managing high stock volumes, deliveries and replenishment within a fast-paced store
Previous DFO or outlet retail experience is highly regarded
A strong track record of achieving commercial KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
Strong people leadership skills with the confidence to recruit, coach, mentor and motivate a team
Experience managing visual merchandising and maintaining strong brand standards
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
A vibrant, energetic and authentic leadership style
