KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

·       Process Analysis and Time Studies: Conduct time studies and process analysis to establish and validate standard times for manufacturing operations.

·       Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data on rework rates, quality defects, and production efficiency to identify root causes of inefficiencies.

·       Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes.

·       Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard work instructions, and prepare reports on findings and proposed improvements.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with factory teams, including production and quality assurance, to implement process changes and new standards.

GRADUATION ASSIGNMENT GOAL/ TOPIC:

·      Analyze the current production process of a specific footwear or accessory product, identify bottlenecks, and propose a solution to reduce cycle time and improve the quality rate by a specific percentage.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • University Student from any discipline

  • 6-month Internship Commitment Requirement

  • A passion in our brands and industry!

·       Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period

  • Proficient in English

  • A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
