POSITION SUMMARY: All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs

➢ Work and manage Purchase Order issuance by working closely with the Hubs and NY partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the major responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Clearly and concisely indicate the end result(s) a person in the position is expected to accomplish.)
• Communicate Assortment Advice to offices in-region and vendors to confirm production order
• Create finished goods purchase orders for garment production
• Establish size scales for finished goods production order to achieve customer order fulfillment
• Execute change management for finished goods purchase orders
• Monitor production orders through to contracted production delivery
• Identify production delivery issues, escalate to manager and collaborate with regional teams to determine best course of action
• Evaluate production change requests, collaborate with regional teams to determine risk / reward impact and review proposed solutions with US supply chain team to align on approach
• Prepare weekly delivery reports to communicate / escalate production delivery risk to manager and collaborate to determine appropriate course of action
• Manage allocation calendar adherence to ensure timely procurement of production orders
• Execute factory allocation to support standard costing standard operating procedure
• Create Sample purchase orders for sample garment production
• Publish weekly sample purchase order tracking report for business segment in U.S.
• Effective daily communication with regional offices

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES (the scope and approximate value of the position’s budgetary responsibilities, including operating and capital budgets, contracts, inventory, margins etc. Use N/A if the position has no budgetary responsibilities.)
• Timeliness, accuracy and tracking of tasks and process to support on-time garment production which impacts the division’s budgetary goals and objectives DECISION MAKING (indicate the nature, degree and scope of direct and indirect decision-making responsibilities.)
• Independently work with cross functional teams for proper risk assessment and solution proposal as it relates to production issues
• Ensure timely process workflow and independently work on associated tasks to meet desired results
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education & Experience: (The required degrees, certifications or licenses & the number of years and type of experience required for this position.)
• Bachelor degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or Fashion Merchandising
• Min 2+ years of apparel production experience
Skills: (The specific skills an individual must possess in order to meet the expectations of the position.)

▪ Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities

▪ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the business teams and IT

▪ Excellent skill in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (MS Project/ Visio preferred)
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) – credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences
