Rejoignez l’équipe finance de PVH en tant que Retail Controlling Manager en CDI!

Le poste est situé au sein du siège du Hub situé à Paris. Il est à pouvoir dès que possible.

Nous recherchons au sein du département Finance de PVH France, un(e) Retail Controlling Manager. Rattaché(e) au Responsable FP&A, vous serez en charge du Controlling de toute l’activité Retail (Full Price, Outlet et Concessions) et de toutes les analyses financières de ce même périmètre sur la région South West Hub qui intègre les cinq pays suivants : France, Belgique, Luxembourg, Espagne et Portugal.

Voici les responsabilités qui vous seront confiées : 

-Coordonner les cycles budgétaires et de Re-estimé avec les équipes Finance et opérationnelles Retail

-Coordonner les clôtures mensuelles avec la comptabilité et les équipes Finance basées à Amsterdam et en Belgique.

-Assurer le suivi et le maintien de profitabilité du P&L (Net Sales, Dilution, Gross Margin..).

-Alerter et proposer des plans d’action en fonction des résultats (du Net sales a l’EBIT)

-Suivi régulier des Net Sales au niveau plus fin par canal et division

-Etre garant de la bonne communication et du respect des deadlines de tous les reports marché et groupe (à destination du management et Amsterdam EMEA).

-En charge de l’analyse et du suivi de tous les Opex et CAPEX liés au business Retail

-Préparation et consolidation des reportings et Dashboards centraux et de la Business Review, qui seront à destination du management et du Siege EMEA à Amsterdam

-Suivi et revue des baux commerciaux

-En charge de la soumission financières des projets d’expansion ou de Refit au groupe pour validation

-Identifier les besoins des équipes opérationnelles pour la mise en place d’analyse ad hoc ou récurrentes

-Support au FP&A Manager pour tous les projets transversaux sur l’activité Retail

-Management d’une équipe de 3 personnes en CDI (3 reports directs) et d’un.e stagiaire

Ces missions variées et complémentaires pourront évoluer au gré des besoins de l'activité.

A propos de vous 
 
De formation supérieure d’une école de finance, de commerce ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience consolidée en contrôle de gestion / analyse financière de 7 à 8 ans minimum. De solides compétences managériales sont requises pour la bonne réussite sur ce poste, combinées à une forte capacité analytique et organisationnelle.

Vous avez un goût prononcé pour les chiffres, les analyses et la retranscription de ces données à vos interlocuteurs(rices). Vous êtes pragmatique, avez une vision technique et business de votre activité.

Rigueur, approche analytique et appétence pour l’analyse et les systèmes d’information sont les atouts qui vous permettront de réussir à ce poste. Un excellent sens du relationnel et de la communication seront essentiels
 

Vous maitrisez le pack office et particulièrement Excel.

Vous parlez couramment français, espagnol et anglais que vous pratiquerez au quotidien.

 About your dream job 

Join the PVH Finance team as the Retail Controlling Manager on a permanent contract ! The position is located at the Hub headquarters in Paris and is to be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We are looking for a Retail Controlling Manager to join the Finance department at PVH France. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for controlling all retail businesses (Full Price, Outlet and Concessions) and for all financial analyses of this perimeter for the South West Hub region, which includes the following five countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal.

Your main responsibilities will be: 
 
- Coordinate budget and re-estimation cycles with the Finance and Retail operational teams

- Coordinate monthly closings with the accounting and Finance teams based in Amsterdam and Belgium.

-Monitor and maintain P&L profitability (Net Sales, Dilution, Gross Margin, etc.).

-Alert and propose action plans based on results (from Net Sales to EBIT)

-Regularly monitor Net Sales at a more detailed level (by channel and division)

-Ensure good communication and compliance with deadlines for all market and group reports (for management and Amsterdam EMEA).

-Responsible for analyzing and monitoring all Opex and Capex related to the Retail business.

-Prepare and consolidate central reports, dashboards and the Business Review, which will be sent to management and EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam

-Monitor and review commercial leases

-Responsible for submitting financial proposals for expansion or refit projects to the group for approval

-Identify the needs of operational teams for the implementation of ad hoc or recurring analyses

-Support the FP&A Manager for all cross-functional projects related to the retail business

-Management of a team of three controllers (three direct reports) and one intern

These varied and complementary tasks may evolve according to the needs of the business.

About You  

With a degree from a finance, business, or equivalent school, you have at least 7 to 8 years of solid experience in controlling/financial analysis. Strong managerial skills are required, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills.

You have a keen interest in numbers, analysis, and communicating this data to your colleagues. You are pragmatic and have a technical and business-oriented view of your work.

Rigor, analytical approach and appetite for analysis and information systems are the assets that will enable you to succeed in this position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You are proficient in Office, particularly Excel.

You speak fluently french, english & spanish.
